Prog metal-gruppen Haken er tilbake! Det at de annonserte en plate med tittelen Virus under Covid-19-pandemien skal være en ren tilfeldighet, og tematisk og konseptuelt er dette en forlengelse av Vector fra 2018.  Platen er mikset av Adam «Nolly» Getgood som også jobbet med forrige plate.

Vi gir ordet til vokalist Ross Jennings: “Virus’ is the culmination of a musical thought experiment which started with the ‘Vector’ writing sessions in 2017 and holds intriguing potential for the band’s future. Whilst ‘Virus’ can absolutely be enjoyed as a stand-alone work, it is thematically and conceptually linked with ‘Vector’, so our intention is to perform both albums back to back for a special performance someday.”
